2008 Disney?
Does anyone know when the 2008 Disney prices are supposed to drop? I need to book this freaking trip asap lol
Answers:
If you mingy not in season prices, afterwards go to the walt disney world website. Just put contained by different dates for a resort and it will put in the picture you the total, so you can compare times.
As for prices overall dropping, that doesn't happen, instead it go up a little respectively year.
Go ahead and book your trip and enjoy!
Also pop in disboards.com
Edited to add:
If you acquire a room/ticket package shutting of august through beg. of Sept at hand is FREE DINING. That will drop your prices drastically.
No one really know for sure yet. They be saying that they be supposed to come out a few weekends ago, but they didn't. Then I heard the first week of July, but it have come and gone and still no '08 prices.
I would expect them to come out sometime in mid to tardy July like usual. Best item to do is check the message boards where they make conversation about it adjectives the time, get signed up for a newsletter (try to find a more reliable one that will grasp the news out surrounded by a timely manner, some can be pretty slow or find out late) or merely keep watching Disney's site. I guess the easiest thing would be to ring Disney and ask them if they are out, they should have the most reliable info (most agents do anyway) Then if the rates are out you can book the right away, usually right after trial dates or a code is released, the website can be really slow, not work, or not enjoy the new info up right away. Disney is usually better since they can explain to you if they are down or get you taken supervision of right away.
The day that rates come out, it will be for a moment crazy to try and get rates. Disney's phone rank will have long wait, their internet site will be slow, etc. The rates for 2008 are not going to sell out on the first year, you can still get a room for most date this year and even in some cases draw from it for dates that are really close. If it be me, I think I would continue till later within the day or until the subsequent day, otherwise you will be spending abundantly of time on the phone for something that really is not limited.
A lot of ancestors say to book a room singular reservation first and then book your roll when it is available, but it really won't do you much good. The root is that they are two seperate reservations and even though they are both for Disney, the room only runs through, roughly, a different company. So, when the packages come out you would need to start adjectives over to book it, which means the room with the sole purpose would need to be canceled, your money progress back to your credit card and a seperate charge requirements to be made for your package. So, you hold to have two deposits, one for the pack and one for the room only. So by booking the room simply you are not guarenteeing that you will have the room available that you want since the room with the sole purpose cannot be rolled over to a package. If you hold a room view, hotel, etc. that you really want to enjoy and you are going earlier contained by the year, then I guess it would be okay, as long as you don't mind sticking near the room only if it would not be available for packages. I one-sidedly just linger because I don't really see the benefit it doing the extra work, but that is only just me.
The 2008 Disney prices don't usually come out until behind time July or early August. If you call upon Disney direct you can make the reservations but you will not own the "final" price of your package until the strange prices are released. I have made reservations a year surrounded by advance beforehand with no problem, but you enjoy to call to formulate the arrangements. They will book your package, hotel, rooms, everything. You will achieve a confirmation in the communication showing the reservations and the package you chose, next you will get another statement next after the package prices are posted. That is how it be done before we become Vacation Club members, and we did that for a trip surrounded by 2004. If you have any question on how the procedure works, ask the Cast Member you talk to on the phone, they are highly helpful and conversant.
Hope this helps!
Probably inwardly a few weeks, if you're booking a vacation bundle. If you just call for a room-only, you can book that now by calling. (however, the rates are subject to change)
Alternately, you can book a room-only reservation very soon to hold your spot (I did this, because I have a specific place and room type I wanted) and next convert it to a package when they come out.
I called close to the begining of this month and they told me that it would be Aug, before they get the prices, I am ready for the 2008 prices myself!
