Can you put on the market unused Walt Disney World tickets?
Is it legal to sell/buy unused Walt Disney World tickets? I enjoy might have an extra set of 5 afternoon hopper tickets and want to know if it's ok to sell. Otherwise I will of late use them at Disneyland when I get subsidise home.
Answers:
No. It is dubious. Besides, if it is a multi-day ticket, it will end up that the ticket have YOUR NAME ON IT. So if Orlando Bloom were to stride into Pop Century and sign in as Bobby Adkins, that would be wacko.
You won't be able to use them at Disneyland. Disney World and Disneyland tickets are not interchangeable.
When you endorse through the turnstiles on the first day, your fingerprint is record and your ticket is associated with your fingerprint. The same soul must use all the days on the ticket.
When Disney first come to Central Florida, they got the legislature to outdo a law making it crooked to purchase Disney tickets from anyone other than Disney or their authorized agents.
A entity in the know probably wouldn't be interested within purchasing them from you. Sorry.
Just don't. It's illegal. Those tickets are allied to you at purchase time--especially if you paid by credit card. If your Dutch auction is discovered, the tickets will be blocked. Do you really want angry people you don't know coming after you for fruitless tickets? You'll also be flagged in the system as a trouble originator and may have issues subsequent time you visit a Disney park. It's really not worth the hassle. Save the tickets so you can use them subsequently.
*UPDATE* The 14 day expiration rule sates that the tickets expire 14 days from first use. So, if you haven't used them even so, you don't have to buy the "no-expiration date" way out.
How several tickets are we talking in the order of? I might be interested in buying them from you, email me chappy_25_99(a)yahoo.com
As others have said it is unsanctioned to sell them. Just don't do it!
It is a short time known reality that you can use Disney World tickets for Disneyland - you won't be able to park hop near them though. Just go to guest services when you grasp to Disneyland California and they will help you!
Nevermind the law, there are SO MANY tourists that hand down their tickets, sell them at the revenue, you can sell it for more than you bought them for, since you own to spend the gas and time to go in attendance.
