Where is the best place to win married in/near San Jose, CA?
I am getting married next August and I currently live contained by Long Beach, but I want to get married effective San Jose since my fiance and I are both from Northern California (he's from San Jose). Since I live in Long Beach, I haven't really have a chance to check out places besides online. I'm looking for a nice, not immensely expensive, possibly unique venue...

I get married at Mirassou Champagne Cellers in Los Gatos. This be ten years ago but they were remarkably nice and the location was awsome!
You can try the Rengstroff House in Mountain View (near the Shoreline Ampitheater)-my sister and her husband be married there 6 years ago this month. It's a historic mansion, and nearby is space on the grounds for a reception. You need to book it impulsive, though, if you want to use it. Another possibility might be Monterey or Pacific Grove, if you want a beach marriage ceremony or a wedding next to an ocean viewpoint. There are any number of places in both of those cities which are great for weddings, including the state conference center at Asilomar. Hope this help.
There's somewhat wedding chapel rotten hwy 68 in Monterey that my husband and I get married at...it is small so if you have more than 50 ppl, they can relief you arriainge a spot like sour 17 mile road. I wanted to do that too.
The Hayes Mansion is charming. It's in South San Jose.
Ask your fiancee if he lives there. He should own some input as well.

This is just to name a few but here are many places surrounded by San Jose to get married. These are the ones I've be to and attended the weddings. My favorite I would have to speak is Hotel Valencia...it may be a bit pricey depending on how many guests you enjoy but the area (SANTANA ROW) is absoultely stunning. Check the Saratoga Country Club, it's pretty reasonably priced for a country club.
Hakone Gardens within Saratoga offers a traditional Japanese garden for small weddings.
A lot of the larger hotels also volunteer wedding packages - the Fairmont Hotel within downtown San Jose is gorgeous.
Also consider local parks and attractions and museums.
Look up www.thehistoricdelmonte.com it is in sunnyvale, ca my boyfriends cousin have their wedding nearby it is a nice place.
Los Gatos, there are abundantly of beautiful places to catch married there. That would be the simply place besides the winery surrounded by Saratoga. Just pass outdated town.

About a 2 hour drive from San Jose.
You want to get married. You should dance to the restaurant 5 star or 4 star in San Jose. You can step to Google to find it.
Try the San Jose Athletic Club for something indoors. It is a noble old building near huge columns in the front. Or Hayes Mansion and Conference Center. There is also Villa Montavlo within Saratoga and there are some pretty wineries up off of Highway 9. You should desire soon, the best places book up to a year in credit.
