i heard that you could drink 24/7 contained by vegas. even as you are walking the strip is it true?

You can drink 24/7 there but not surrounded by public thats would be public intoxication a crime there.You can obtain drinks at 4 am or 3 pm it doesnt matter nearby because the casinos are mostly 24hr.
Yes and yes. Alcohol is going to be available most anywhere anytime day or dark. You can walk down the street drinking but not of late any street. You need to be within one of the "resort areas" which is basically the Strip or Fremont St. downtown. For most tourists, i.e. going to be the only places they are going to be walking Just don't turn swigging a bottle of hooch while wandering around some remote neighborhood. I believe that would be frowned upon.

yes you can. In fact if you wander up and down the strip, you will see people carring some fancy foot long drink specs, I don't know what they are, I just drink boring whiskey and hose down. no fancy fruity drinks for me.
