Where's angelic to shop contained by New York?!!?
i'm going on a trip with college subsequent year [yeh i know ages away but i'm uberly excited already!!] and we get 2 days i conjecture of shopping, so please could someone name some shops that are really apt, like glorious quality rage shops, i don't mind if they are expensive, you get what you foot for!! and where they truly are. we're going to the empire state building, statue of liberty, metropolitan gallery or something resembling that, something island and some place with the later letters 'heim' gallery or something along those lines...sorry for the insufficiency of knowing stuff!

stores surrounded by 5th avenue, l or madison ave, great stores.
and close to the empire state building is 34th street or times sqaure..42nd street.
and bloomingdales is in 59th street.
and a train or bus ride is 2 dollars. for a metrocard..

There is good shopping on 34th, right essential the Empire State Bldg, name brand typical stores but near great selection and usually suitable sales. Definitely hit Macy's herald square. (34th, right by Penn station - stretches up 34th for a block). Bloomingdales surrounded by NY is better than it's smaller store too.
The best shopping is in small boutiques downtown (Soho, e. settlement and nolita) and Brooklyn, not sure that you will be able to break away from your group. There are great shops almost everywhere, not to verbs.

NYC is great! You should really come and call on it. I suggest you to go to the Rockefeller Center. It is really cool and fun to be surrounded by there, you would soak up the shops, museums, and the city itself. I also would suggest you to visit Time Square and Broadway Theater. There are awesome areas and places surrounded by New York City. You will love it! Enjoy!
Fifth avenue just south of the park have amazing stores like saks, louis vuitton, bendels, bergdorfs, prada
Then on madison in attendance is barneys, ralph lauren and stuff like that unsophisticatedly the upper east side between the park and park avenue has stores
I don't live in New York but I know that 5th Avenue holds some really great shops along itself.
I'll impart you a link to a cool site that list some shops down 5th Avenue ( most of them are extremely expensive but I think illustrious quality too so extremely worht it ), if you want to see some clothes its fun to look up the store on a search engine & check out what they are selling :) I do that alot a short time ago for fun :D
