Is it possible to find an apartment for rent within the santa monica nouns for 700$?
i mean a 700$ ONE BDRM apt inside reasonable driving distance (10mins) of the commercial nouns of santa monica near the shoreline.
neiborhood safety does not realy concern me as long as its not horribly insecure. in other words a semi tough neiborhood does not bother me.
so is it possible to find?

Basically, no. A quick turn upside down of craigslist will bear this out. Real estate is only just too expensive, especially as you get closer to the coast. Figure on at least $1200 for a clad place in a non-war zone.

There is nowhere "implicit the beach" in ALL of California for $700. You may know how to find a studio in a somewhat wearing clothes area if you travel east of the 405, which is several miles from the beach, but it absolutely won't be within your required 10 minutes, rest assured.
Go on craigslist. That will be your wake-up appointment. Search Google Maps and look at the photos of the areas (street level) you are interested in.
