Which city do you discern safer surrounded by, New York or London?
I've been to NYC, but not London. Going by what I've read more or less both cities, however, as well as my personal NYC experience, I'd say aloud that I'd feel much safer contained by NYC. Even in Harlem, adjectives I did was mind my own business, not purloin pictures, and not make a spectacle of myself and I be fine.
While NYC's overall crime, including murder and rape, rates are higher, the crime is predominantly concentrated contained by WaHI, South Bronx, and parts of south and east Brooklyn. Even in these locales, the rate continues to unhurriedly decline. For the most part, adjectives five boroughs are safe.
London have a lower crime rate, but crime is interspersed throughout the entire city (minus Downtown,) giving the city more of an unsafe feel. Add to this the certainty that its city limits is geographically much smaller than NYC. Am I right or wrong?
So, do you grain safer in NYC or London? Thanks!
Answers:
About indistinguishable. I have be to both places. the "City" of London is very small (one square mile), however "Greater London" is huge -- 609 square miles, almost twice as voluminous as Greater New York. You are wrong about crime mortal spread throughout the city it is concentrated in fruitless neighborhoods just approaching New York.
Central London (not the same as the City, Includes Westminster, Kensington and Camden) is probably a bit safer than Manhattan.
You do realize that nearby is almost no gun crime in England?
The solely way I feel unsafe in London be because the traffic gos in the disparate direction than the US and you must take to look right instead of vanished when crossing the street.
You are wrong about how sheltered either place is-- but probably right that YOU will FEEL smaller amount safe contained by London, because you already have the model in your organizer, if you get my drift.
very well, I've never been to NYC, but hold been to London and feel perfectly undisruptive. We were 2 women (my daughter and I) near 2 young children. We have no problems at all.
New York!!
Oh, don't verbs, just travel. I do.
I grain safer in NYC because of the larger population. Plus New Yorkers are hours of darkness owls-so they are out late. The subway runs 24 hours as do the buses while contained by London the Tube stops running after a certain time and lots times late you are out and you are by yourself. I am a New Yorker though plus NY is cheaper-the Londoners and every other European is coming here to shop.
NYC is one of the safest cities contained by the US. I really think one purpose why NYC gets such a bum rap is because it is majority of color and also 1/3 immigrant.
I love London and enjoy been near about 15 times-every time I can acquire a cheap fare I go.
Haven't be to London but I would assume some parts would be good and part of the pack bad as NYC.
To answer yo cross-examine, I'd feel saferr surrounded by NYC as I know here well but I surface but NYC and London would be equally safe.
