Where is Strawberry Hill contained by Kansas?

I moved to KC about 5 years ago and I hear that there is a strong Czech community surrounded by Strawberry Hill area and would approaching to know how to get in that.

It's by downtown Kansas City, Kansas. 7th & Minnesota is the largest intersection nearby.
