I've always enjoy finding the "hidden mickey's".
There are a couple of backstage tours you can look into, Keys to the dominion, steam trains, and they also have a segway tour of EPCOT, I own done the Segway tour and it was a ton of fun!!
Also enjoy you been to the Adventurers Club? Disneyquest? Minigolf? Water Parks?
For the entire month of October, the Magic Kingdom holds Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on select dates after regular park hours. You'll return with to meet characters dressed contained by Halloween costumes and have adjectives sorts of fun. You may have to spend a bit extra to attend, though.
They do enjoy a behind the scene tour. Ask your travel agent or the Disney people almost it. I also recommend the book, "Unofficial Guide to Disney World". All sorts of tips and lesser particular things to look for.
Have fun on your trip!
