How different is Miami in a minute than it be 8 year ago?
I grew up in Miami but haven't lived at hand since 2000. How would you say it's changed since consequently?

The place looks resembling Dubai. It's a sea of construction cranes. Where they're gonna find adjectives the people to occupy adjectives these condos, I don't know.
So much has changed.the traffic is soooo much heavier, the road intensity 10x's worse, and most people do not know how to drive. The skyline is varying...there is so much building going on downtown, brickell, the seaside areas.and also in the urban areas...it's close to any piece of land they can find they are building on...The population have boomed and of course near that we continue to own a great variety of culture moving in from different parts of the world...Entertainment is other on the rise and with that comes more nightlife, party, action, medium...There is also more chrome rims with 22s and 24s...more gold ingots grills...lol...wow...Miami has changed alot, but at matching time remains the same.you should come and pop in...you will see a drastic change...but i love it still...

Downtown Miami is no longer the slums it used to be, within are many unknown condos going up and that are up in Downtown Miami, the skyline have changed a lot! It is very soon the 18th largest skyline in the world the 3rd surrounded by the US after Chicago and NYC. Today, Miami is undergoing a massive building boom that ranks second worldwide and first contained by the United States.
Brickell as it was other a financial centre and other had expensive condos is presently even bigger with more bureau buildings a 5star hotel and it now one of the largest international financial core in the world.
Miami Beach is better than ever, it is more popular than ever too. The dark life is great as it be for a while now, and everyone hang at there at dark. You should see the traffic on Collins Ave, it does not move from 12am-3am! Traffic in the city is unpromising and only getting worse but here are many plans and some things are here way to be built to assistance the traffic problem. Like a tunnel to the port from Watson island, expansion of the metro rail and a street saloon along Biscayne Blvd. Also the area of NE 2nd Ave and 36th street, Bad nouns right? Wrong, it is a huge new nouns where the antediluvian train yard used to be, it is in a minute a mall next to many shops and condos. Biscayne Blvd what used to be a ghetto is very soon a place where masses people enjoy dinner and new bureau and residential buildings are going up. Homes near Biscayne Blvd 36th-96th used to cost $150,000 presently cost over $500,000. My house was worth $700,000 surrounded by 1999 now it is worth 3.2 million. Home values enjoy been on the rise but very soon are staying put with the doomed to failure house market nation general.
Aventura and Sunny Isle Beach has be developed a lot also. Also Aventura Mall is huge immediately. Miami International Airport is undergoing a 8billion dollar expansion and American Airlines is flying to more and more destinations than ever. Ft. Lauderdale Airport is awfully busy and popular now too especially beside low cost airlines like Southwest and squirt Blue. Hometown airline Spirit now fly’s adjectives over North and South America from FLL. The University of Miami is one of the most popular colleges to get into and is almost a top 50 university. FIU have grown a lot. The Public academy system is still horrible though.
Overall Miami is really becoming a world class city it needs to be. Miami have changed a lot check out the pictures of Wikipedia.

The biggest vary to Miami has occur in the nouns east of I-95 from Brickell to Aventura. The whole nouns along Biscayne Blvd is under construction near buildings, condos, and tons of road repairs. The skyline is filled next to cranes because of all the current developments especially the area to hand Bayside/downtown. There are new restaurants/cafes and shops popping up every month so presently you have the leeway of staying on this side instead of always heading to SoBe (still flawless though) or driving west. This development is great for some but not so great for others. There are concerns in the region of over priced housing that an average person cannot afford and the displacement of the poor contained by the community to who knows what nouns of town. The standard of living is high for some so buying a house is out of the ask especially with lofty property taxes and insurance. Some people didn't plan too very well and are now going into foreclosure. Some close to myself decided to rob a chance and move to the east instead of buying an overpriced home surrounded by the west. Although still a bit rough around the edges the area is livable and anyone cleaned up. Our family and friends don't call in us out here and can't understand why we vanished Westchester. I remind them no one jump up to offer to buy us a home or endowment us the down payment for a house so we did what be best for us. Other than DASH the schools are still no honest. Less prostitution and drugs along Biscayne now or at most minuscule not like 10 years ago. I close to living in this nouns because I'm always driving against traffic and I in fact know my neighbors.
