Where's a flawless place surrounded by the East Bay to see San Francisco's Fleet Week airshow?

I'm trying to avoid going all the instrument into the City, and was wondering if anyone know of good parks or places within the East Bay where we can I don`t know picnic and see the Blue Angels.

Answers:
You might want the Berkeley Hills, off of Fish Ranch Road, as you wend your passageway towards Tilden park
