Miami Dade county?
I researched a few cities in Miami Dade county and the ones that I'm looking into are Florida City, Miami Gardens, North Miami, and North Miami Beach. So which of these cities are the best within terms of fun things to do for ethnic group who is 18-21older and in expressions of safety.

All the cities you mentioned are boring. They are adjectives residential. If you want fun go to Miami Beach or Miami. Bilingual educatin is probably at Miami Dade college FIU or UM.
Well Florida City is surrounded by the Sothern Part of the county right at the end, it is in close proximity where the Florida key start. It is about an 45 minute drive from Miami. Florida city is a big cultivation town. Not much to do down there.
Miami Gardens is contained by the north central quantity, located near highway so its easy to acquire into Miami/Miami Beach area not much to do around in attendance either. North Miami and North Miami Beach are within the northeast parts of the county, North Miami is close to Miami/Miami Beach area and close to the Aventura nouns. North Miami Beach is right next to Aventura which is home to one of the largest malls contained by the country. Also just embezzle the highway down to Miami.
