Disney College Program?
Just wanted to hear from anyone who have actually DONE the Disney College Program... going on for how much money did you come out with once the summer be over? I hear you aren't able to set free much. Also, would you recommend it? Especially to a HUGE Disney fan?
One concluding thing... can you do it for lately a summer?

I can't answer your question directly, but I know a lot of population who are currently in the College Program, who enjoy done the College Program and who are applying for the College Program post in the College Board partition of the DIS boards. I did it within 2000. Didn't save ANY money. And I be homesick :( Plus, I have no desire to jump to Disney World again. I loved it before. Don't receive me wrong, I don't despise the place or anything. It just isn't magical anymore.. I realize that they are only just a business like any other.. they use the college students for slaves!
I did the College Program in 1998 (I can't believe that be 10 years ago!!) and I loved it.
I was a lifeguard at the Polynesian Resort and have the best summer of my life. You aren't going to bring in much money, and forget saving any of it. After you recompense for your lodging (at Vista Way, a pretty nice and secure apartment complex) your food, entertainment, and other expenses, you shouldn't jump expecting to make money.
Do it for the experience and for the fun. I can let somebody know you that I still use the values and work ethic that they taught me every afternoon of my life. It be a once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend it for anyone to do.more than ever a HUGE Disney fan such as yourself.
I am not sure going on for the timeframe for applying. If I recall, I interviewed surrounded by February or March for the summer session. And, yes, you are only in that for either one semester or the summer simply. Average stay of about 3 months.
