Believe it or not, Disney is in fact cheaper than Universal or Sea World. It gets even cheaper per daylight with the more days you spend within. My honeymoon was at Disney, so believe me, near are plenty of romantic things to do there!!
I agree beside Fleur, although I drive is also a pretty seedy place. Certainly the three majors are pricey, even next to multi day pass one might expect to spend $200 per day, per human being.
There are lesser attractions if you own drive time, and at that time of year, all will own crowds, most especially more locals.
I might suggest an all inclusive resort venue, and probably even on WDW property that might allow some price breaks. I think romance can be translated as powerfully, inexpensively, as it can be by blowing a huge bankroll, you just own to research, be creative, and perhaps plan a slightly shorter call round than a week.
We are a tourism driven economy, so one can assume that FL expects those wanting to come here, can afford it, no offense. Why not do a Beach front stay?

Just my two "sense"
Hmmm, I'm from Orlando, and it's a pretty expensive area, but I chew over I can come up w/ at least a couple of things. Cypress Gardens is just about an hour outside of Orlando (in Winter Haven) heading towards Tampa. It's a botanical garden/theme park rolled into one, and it's about $40 a individual. (Kinda expensive.) There is a wonderful botanical garden call Leu Gardens surrounded by Winter Park, which is Greater Orlando. No rides, just gardens, but it's more or less $6-7 a person, and highly romantic if you enjoy walk and beautiful plants. (And it's economical!) Sea World is just about $60 a person.
Downtown Disney is free to stroll around in, it's a bunch of spick and span stores, as well as the House of Blues if near is a band you want to see while you both are here, and in that are clubs at Pleasure Island for the night existence. (I've never been clubbing, but I'm sure there's a cover.) City Walk is Universal Studios edition of Downtown Disney, and home to the Hard Rock Cafe.
Wet n Wild is an awesome water park around the attractions nouns, and it's about $30 a entity. If you really want to see natural Florida and want a different type of experience, you could try Gatorland, just about $23 a person. (It deliver what it promises, as in gators!)
A trip down I-Drive may turn up some interesting stores and mini-attractions, in attendance is a fun place called Wonder Works, it's roughly a hands-on science center and there is a laser marker place inside. It's $20 to get surrounded by Wonder Works, and another $5 for the laser tag portion. (I believe this is on I-Drive.)
Downtown Orlando have clubs and bars, and plentifully of local music. A nice place to drink and see live music is a place in downtown on Orange Ave call The Social, and another place w/ live music call Backbooth and Tangeray's. There's usually a cover at these places, but no more than $5-12 depending. There is also a huge flea flea market called Flea World surrounded by Sanford, it's just fun to hike around and find obscure items.
I hope this help in some course, have fun! Happy Anniversary and birthday!
All the issue parks are about matching price. The best deals at any of them is to bring a multi-day pass, but Universal get old after 2 days.
There are lots of places to call in in the nouns that do not cost a lot. Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, etc. If you don't mind driving a couple hours, in attendance is more to do down the East coast (Ft. Lauderdale, Miami). Key West is about 4.5 hours away, but is a great place to drive to.
