How should i capture over my suspicion of height since i be in motion to Islands of Adventure beside my friends?
Im going with my friends to 8th Grade Grad dark to Islands of adventure and IM afraid of height and rollercosters and they want me to go on dueling dragons and the hulk but im terrified that im gonna die on them LOL.
im scared of height i need some oblige with getting over them

Try starting sour with Spider-Man...it have a simulated drop in it that you can clearly handle. Then run to Jurassic Park and just acquire on...there's a drop, but you can't see it until you're doing it...after that, it might be a little easier...newly work your way up to it.
My hubby used to be really scared of coasters. He be really sweet about it he'd loaf in smudge saying he be going to ride and then at the ride he would previous through to the exit and say I'll come upon you right here when you get bad. Finally one day we go with are friends and we tricked him on the ride. We made sure that he be the second person from the entrance and he after had to ride. He terminated up loving it and was similar to a little kid on the rides. He required to ride every ride and never stop. So I say freshly go for it and SCREAM your organizer off on every ride. You will love it...
Honestly, I'm terrified of height. Just do it. If you really, REALLY can't do it, have your friends blind fold you while you're surrounded by the line and lift it off when you obtain in.
when riding the rollercoaster here is some counsel . hold on tight and close your eyes and picture something that you think is devout .that is how i overcame my anxiety of heights. hope i help
