What is the best coast surrounded by the combined states? (hawaii included) and the best hotel to be exact on that coast?

To me, the best beach could never own a hotel on it. That would knock it off the "best beach list" right there. I deduce Kailua Beach on Oahu in Hawaii is the best shore.
in my opponion it's the hilton at daytona sand,FL not very expensive, and a great pool/bar nouns and right on the pear. plus alot of good places to get through around it, all surrounded by walking distance.
