Answers:
1) here is a victoria's secret. It is within Union Square in SF. within are probably others, but that is the one I know of.
2)the golden proceeds bridge, Fishermans Wharf/Giradelli square and pier 39 (all in one and the same area) and Union square (really just shopping) But preserve in mind that for a small city it take a very long time to achieve around because of traffic. so don't fill your time up too much. plan to be back at the airport particularly early. Also, the airport is within South San Francisco it is not really in the city, so transportation could be expensive.
3) The weather within December is cold, as it is winter, but Winter in SF is nil like Canada or New York. We don't go and get snow, b/c it doesn't get cold ample. B/c the city is on the ocean, the moisture contained by the air tend to keep it rather warmer. so it ranges between the the 50's to the 30's (that's within farenheit) the coldest part is the twine, and damp cold can have a feeling colder than it is. You should be fine with pant and a jacket.

Or, adult MUNI bus fare is $1.50 (have exact vary and keep the ticket because it's worthy for another ride until it expires).
There are shops and eating places within the Ferry Building.
If you change your mind just about returning to a BART station via cable car, you can arrest the trolley from Fisherman's Wharf to the Ferry Building (It's located at the east end of Market St.) and next from there, pace to short distance west on Market St. to the Embarcadero BART station for a return trip to the airport. Ask the bus driver where the stop is to lock in the trolley which runs down the Embarcadero to the Ferry Building.
Embarcardero station is on Market St., about 3 blocks from the Ferry Building.
