Seattle Thrift Stores?
Which Seattle thrift stores are best for electronics and clothing?
Answers:
For electronics, it's kind of tough at the thrift stores. Goodwill and Value Village usually enjoy pretty dated stuff, depending on what you are looking for, and they're kind of the two biggest thrift shops. You can find some deals when they are putting out current merchandise and also find better things at shops on the eastside than in Seattle, where on earth they seem much smaller number picked through. I recently be at a Value Village in Kirkland and picked up a bunch of stuff and a week after that was contained by the Value Village up on Capital Hill and was appalled by the prices on the stuff that be neither as nice, nor close to as affordable.
Plato's Closet has some nicer used clothing if you are choosier in the region of brand names and nicer stuff and also really only the Eastside (Kirkland/Redmond/Bellevue) shops seem to enjoy nicer stuff that was donated to flog at shops.
Pawn shops can be a good source for right electronics as I've seen abundantly of nice things at different pawn shops that be reasonably priced.
