yes it is awkwardly a nice city! i was born and raise in Philly and only moved 2yrs ago the north Virginia and i see a big difference ppl are not as friendly as Philadelphia's. i recently visit my hometown and was surrounded by an elevated chatting and laughing away to totally strangers.i miss the warmth of my hometown but it complex to make well-mannered money hence the only intention i moved.
i think it is a nice city..some doomed to failure parts, some bad family.just resembling everywhere else.
