Make me approaching Chicago!?
I currently live in New York City but I get accepted to University of Chicago (yay!). Trouble is that I love living here contained by NYC, but I also know moving out there for university would be an amazing opportunity. New York City is like no other place contained by the world! The shopping, the restaurants, the culture & diversity..everything is just outstanding. I know Chicago is alot approaching NYC in alot of ways but its not like peas in a pod. Can anybody give me a record of reasons why Chicago is amazing and why I should give NYC for it?

As you've stated Chicago is a great city. You will get to relish what makes Chicago, Chicago. It's restaurants, bar, attractions, sports games (Sox, Cubs, Bears, Bulls - not sure if anyone of these teams will be well-mannered this year, but hey). Chicago I've heard is much cleaner than NYC. The neighborhoods and architecture are other fun to explore.
If you eventually don't like it, when you jump back to NYC, you will appreciate it even more - and thank yourself for pursuing a great opportunity.
Because you will appreciate New York even more when you're finished near school surrounded by Chicago. But, I'll be surprised if you don't settle for Los Angeles...WeHo
