Booking a hotel cross-examine!?
Say that I want to book a hotel under my christen but using my friend credit card, is that fine and legal??

As long as your friend is aware. Your friend also requirements to be going with you because they call for that credit card when you check in.
You can nickname the hotel and ask them to fax or email you an authorization form (to charge the card). You will need a copy of your friend's ID and the credit card.
It would be the same as giving a offering. Your friend will have to contact the hotel and enjoy them process the card before your arrival if he/she is not attending.

As long as your friend is here when you book and pay. only just make sure the casino doesnt book it underneath there designation...they wont care as long as you own the C.C. owner giving the OK.

You call the hotel, give an account them your situation, book your room in your heading with your friend's card, later have them fax you the auth form. Then your friend desires to make legible photocopies of the front and spinal column of his credit card, and his photo ID, and he also needs to sign the authorization form. Then you fax adjectives that back to the hotel and provided everything match and is legible, the hotel runs the entire charge on your friend's card and you can check in in need him being present. You absolutely want to call them after faxing to cause sure they received it and did their bit of work so your room is "confirmed pre-paid". Don't just assume they took attention of it!
BEFORE BOOKING, You need to ask the hotel in the order of their policies for deposits for incidentals (i.e. room service, dry-cleaning, if you steal the t.v. set, etc). Many Las Vegas hotels require you to present a credit card at check-in for them to keep on wallet for incidentals, regardless of whether the room is pre-paid or not. Some hotels accept a dosh deposit, others demand a credit card. And some hotels will consent to your friend authorize a deposit for incidentals on his credit card also, but that would have to be indicated on the imaginative auth form up front.
I'll be honest, this whole procedure can be reasonably a time-consuming mess. As an alternative, there are some hotels that will book a reservation within your name by charging the first darkness plus tax on your friend's credit card, and after at check-in they'll reverse that charge and let you rate in change. If I were your friend, I'd to some extent go that route than start faxing my ID, credit card, and signature to Las Vegas.
