Besides taking medication, what do you do to abet crash down asleep at hours of darkness when you're tossing and turning?
Answers:
Believe it or not, warm milk works. Also, hold a tablespoon of peanut butter. They used that all the time surrounded by the old folk's home where on earth my mom worked.
get drunk
When this happens to me, it's because I didn't get through enough during the hours of daylight. I usu grab something innards, like cake or bread or any carbohydrate I can find and drink it while watching TV.
work hard within the day or work out at the gym till you can't anymore...
if that doesn't comfort.
have a long session of active/acrobatic s** and that should serve
I used to work for a Dr., who told me one of the primary reason someone have trouble sleeping at night (if not a sleep disorder) is dehydration. She recommend drinking at least 8 oz of river about 2 hrs beforehand bed time, and keeping water by your bed. If you stir up drink some of the water and you should topple asleep. It's worked for me!
If you have a problem falling asleep, One bearing to fall asleep promptly is to either work knotty all daylight or work out untill you cant no more. Then at night bring a cool or hot bubble bath near lavender scent and go to bed. Next afternoon youll feel similar to a million bucks, try that untill you body gets used to sleeping at darkness without have to work hard forever.
