Answers:
Take a harbor excursion dinner tour on hornblower yachts.

Bodies the exhibition is currently here in mission dell and the dead deep-sea scrolls is currently at the museum of intuitive history
There are lots of interesting things to do contained by Balboa Park. Check out http://www.sandiego-romantics.com/balboa...

If you are interesting in actions, there are a great number of choices. One of my favorite is have a bonfire on the beach and roasting marshmallows.

Not every realize that there are around 15 wineries contained by San Diego County. About half of them are around Escondido and the rest around Julian. If you'd approaching to go wine taste, check out the winery info at http://www.cheers2wine.com/San-Diego.htm...
the underground tunnells between Mexico and the border..
Gaslamp Quarter Downtown

Coronado Island

La Jolla
Some good option listed above but I didn't see one of the big ones, especially if you wallow in places like Sea World. The Scripps/Birch Aquarium in close proximity Oceanside about 20-minutes North of downtown. Torrey Pines State Reserve is dazzling and has some great hiking. Lots of obedient places to visit within Belmont Park, including the Science Center and History Museum. If you have infantile children, Legoland is a great choice otherwise not. Mission Beach has an amusement park on the river but not sure when it is open. If you are into this type of entry, I've heard fitting things about Quail Botantical Gardens contained by Encinitas as well.
The most important question is what are your interests? If you approaching the water I would HIGHLY recommend renting a kayak at La Jolla Shores and checking out the ocean caves.

Enjoy our wonderful city.
My favorites:

Cabrillo National Park
Children's Beach and La Jolla Cove
Walk around Ocean Beach and/or Pacific Beach
Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp District
See a hobby at Petco Park
If you're here by July 4, the County Fair
