I loathe to disappoint you, but there is no passenger guardrail service to Las Vegas. The last passenger train be discontinued in 1997.
There is NO longer a train from anywhere to Vegas. You can go to Reno but not Vegas. Sorry. You any fly, drive or ride a bus
There's no train to LV. They should make one though. So you'll enjoy to take the bus. Or look into Southwest? They enjoy some great flights that aren't the pricey. If you're in Riverside, you could drive, the 90 fwy, to the 15, and you're on your course. Maybe 4 hours? And save for a while money on the hotels. Being that you're going to pay for it within gas, if you drive. Try getting a cheaper room.

I live in Henderson. Only freight. '
srry but las vegas doesnt have passenger trains, single cargo trains. ur best bet would be to fly or a bus.
