Don't stay on the 'strip' or downtown (actually there are some biddable deals downtown, sometimes). Stay at casino-hotels, rotten the strip. Weekends are always greater than weekdays though no matter where on earth you stay.
Buffets are cheap for the majority of your food, but you can splurge for 1 or 2 sit-down meals. My fave steakhouse is "The Steakhouse" contained by Circus-Circus.
Clubs: I never did (or do) clubs, so I don't have a clue on that one.
There are 'other' sites around Vegas besides the casinos: Hoover Dam, Red-Rock, Mt. Charleston, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire (north of Vegas).
There are 3 classes of "shows": 1. Famous-name (celebrity) entertainer, 2. Vegas-name-only entertainers, 3. Lounge-type shows. Obviously you reimburse more for 1. and 2. Most lounge acts are free, and here are bargains for Vegas-name-only type shows.

One of the best travel deals surrounded by Las Vegas is the public transit system! The CAT or citizens area transit have a vast introduce yourself of bus services that can get you out of traffic and lug you almost anywhere you would want to go adjectives for only $2.50 for a 24 hours outdo,what a value!

Go on Vegas.com they have a great run-down on hotel room pricing. The afternoon show at Harrah's call "The Mac King Show" is fantastic for the price. For clubs they are pricey but you can have a great time at "Carnival Court" which is an outside bar/dance nouns between Harrah's and Imperial Palace. You can still get food specials you in recent times have to look ...bad the strip in downtown probably is best.

If you want to stay on the strip, I'd recommend the Tropicana or Excalibur. Keeping in mind unsurprisingly that they're not the Ritz, but not exactly Motel 6 either. As near any hotel on or off the strip, Sundays through Thursdays are other the cheapest rates. Excalibur is $131 for Friday/Saturdays or $61-91 for Sunday-Thursday depending on the dates you choose. The Tropicana is $75 during the week, $125 for Fridays/Saturdays. If you don't mind staying past its sell-by date the strip, The Orleans hotel is another great choice. Their rates range from $110-160 for Friday/Saturdays, $60-100 during the week. They hold a shuttle bus that goes to the strip adjectives day from 9:30am to midnight.
For biddable deals on restaurants, check out the magazine you'll find in your hotel room. There's one call Las Vegas Weekly that will have complete reviews, approximate prices and everything for restaurants, shows, etc and it have tons of coupons for restaurants and show discounts inside. I've seen these within our hotel every time we've gone to Vegas.
Clubs are generally expensive. Most charge a HUGE cover, next you can wait within line forever unless you're feminine with lots of products.
There are so many great free things to see and do, it's really natural to do Vegas on a budget.
