Those who live & work contained by the Silicon Valley/Bay Area?
During the peak hours, on which road do you on the whole travel on to get to & come from work:
[a] 101 freeway
[b] Central Expressway
[c] I-280 Interstate
[d] CA-85 freeway
[e] CA-87 freeway
[f] CA-237 freeway
[g] I-880 freeway
[h] CA-82 (El Camino Real)
[i] except the above
Answers:
[e] CA-87 freeway
If you abominate traffic on these freeways, you can take what they call "the back road". Do some planning & find your style around town using the back roads.
880.
280 and 101 from San Jose to Palo Alto
880 and 101
85 and 101
G & H - I-880 & El Camino Real
I guess you're merely interested on what roads people frequently use since this is subjective to where on earth you live and work. I take Central Expressway like mad even during lunchtime and while running errands through out the work day. I live contained by Sunnyvale and work in Santa Clara but I repeatedly find myself going to cities as far as Palo Alto and San Jose during the business week. Like it's name, I similar to how it is centrally located between highways 101 & 280 and offer access or nearby access to most of the other freeways/highways close to 85, 87 and 237.
i and g
I take 680 contained by the morning (to avoid the 880 congestion) and 880 in the evening, since northbound isn't too congested.
I travel on (g) I 880 and (c) 280 and (d) 85
880. Also, I'm sorry, I read the interrogate wong and I thought u meant from the cntral vale to the SV. My bad for thumbs downing you guys.
