We have be there for spring break until that time and the water parks to spread up early within the day. Parks are monitored for size also, but I have know them to steep up during these weeks. Park hopper tickets are a must just contained by case.
I've simply been at Disney once when they closed due to full dimensions and that was over New Years Eve and the few days up to that time. If you mean will in that be a lot of inhabitants there at the instigation of March, yes, it probably will be busy. Just plan to do what you want most at the beginning of the sunshine and work from there. It seem the crowds build as the day go on.

in Mrach it will be full but not chock-a-block i have be july 4 were it be over capacity and no oe else could acquire in but luckly we already have our tickets..

Disney parks usually do not close due to dimensions in the spring.
Typhoon lagoon and Blizzard Beach does
Epcot MK AK or DS within the spring usualy do not get full.. solitary in the holidays they close for dimensions.
