Depends on how much you are prepared to spend.
Favorite moderate resort is Port Orleans Riverside.
Value resort is Pop Century--is newest and have its own bus transport system (not shared with other resorts).
Read Unofficial Travel Guide to WDW.

Grand Floridian
If you are looking for adjectives around disney experience with money not a problem I would read out the Grand Floridian. Its awesome but it brings a heafty price tag.
I think it depends on what you are looking for.
The Grand Floridian: Elegant, fine dining, spas
The Polynesian: Beautiful, fun pool, great theming, hulking numbers of loyal guests who come back again and again
The Yacht and Beach Clubs: Open airy get the impression, very close to Epcot and adjectives the great restaurants there, the best resort pool at WDW, Stormalong Bay, which is similar to a mini-waterpark
The Grand Floridian or the one at the Animal Kingdom, but if you want "fun" and cheap try the themed hotels they hold. They generally run give or take a few 80 bucks and are fun!

Honestly, I love all of the delux resorts. I hold stayed in adjectives of them and they all are for a while different but all great!!
My favorite would enjoy to be a toss up between Wilderness lodge and the Polynessian! They are both great and very kid friendly near great heated pools (even in the winter)! Downside of the Wilderness lodge is that it is not on the monorial but within my opion it has the best resteraunt! The resteraunt near is on the left when you totter in and it is so fun to be near! In the polynessian they have an amazing individuality breakfast! The only down cut for the wilderness lodge is no monorial!
Everyone is motto The Grand Floridan which is good also! The simply thing I dont similar to so much is the way it is set up and adjectives the pools aren't as spectacular as the other resorts! And this one does not normally own a lot of kids running around.. its more for adults! It is immensely upscale.
The contemporary has a pious set up and a good traits breakfast as well! The best section about it (especially for younger kids) is the winter sport room... it's almost like a mini chuckie cheese next to out the pizza! lol.
As for the non-delux resorts... The Swan and Dolphin would be my 1st pick followed by the Carribbean Beach resort! Great Pools and lots of stuff to do! If you want to stay at the Swan and Dolphin try to get the Swan side.. I simply like the set up better and it is closer to the fitting stuff! Or the beach and yacht club is great as okay!
All in adjectives, all the hotels/resorts I enjoy ever stayed at are great and they all enjoy the "disney hospitality"! I would suggest not going over christmas/thanksgiving even in between!! It is crammed!
Hope this helps and Have fun! =)
tricky request for information here...
Grand Floridian---the most expensive one but the other deluxe resorts are great as well. You can acquire a better deal at the Wilderness lodge or the animal land lodge.
