Where are some photogenic places contained by Newport, RI?
My mom wants to rob me, my brother and my sister on a day trip to Newport this summer. Im really into outdoor photography so what are some honourable spots in Newport, RI that would provide me some nice shots for my photography collection?

First of all, I'm so controlling! I love Newport and miss it very much (I go to school at RWU and lived and worked surrounded by Newport for 3 summers!). Along the waterfront is pretty of course. When you step down America's Cup Ave (I think thats the one along the dampen, right?), follow it to the post office and be in motion slightly right along the shops. Once you reach the train of the shops, take a right. There is a nice park in that with great opportunity for shots of the bridge, especially at sunset. If you keep following that road to the right (a few turns - procure a map for sure), it will take you to more parks and the mansions. Another way out is to take one of the scenic boat ride tours around the harbor - a significantly recommend adventure! Have fun!

The Cliffwalks offer view of both the ocean and of the amazing mansions. The downtown waterfront nouns will give you great role shots as well.

Boy, you enjoy plenty of great picture taking in Newport. If you in recent times drive alone the beach road, you will find great sea shots, mansions and people. I would not pay packet to get into the mansions. The exteriors are charming.
