The Kailua Library is apart of the Hawaii Library system. All libraries enjoy a few computers which th public can us for a hour per day. You call for a Library card which is free if it you first one.
The Kailua library does enjoy a few computers. You do need a library card to use them. You can achieve a library card the same opening you would in any other state. I am not sure what the fees are, they are different depending on if you're a local resident, military or a student.
Outdoor garden next to WiFi.
Library card - free unless you loose yours then $10 to replace the card.
Friends of the Library shop right near too to buy cheap books.
At least four, probably more, computers to work on.
Nice staff - minus one of the children's librarians who annoyed me last week.
