Would prohibition surrounded by the 1920s be fragment of pop culture?

any pop culture in New Orleans besides music?

Answers:
Prohibition contained by and of itself wouldn't be considered "pop culture", IMO. However, the "speakeasys" that arose due to Prohibition *were* a part of pop culture within many cities during that time. A speakeasy be a place to hide and imbibe within the spirits at a time when liquor was informal. Speakeasies were commonly hidden surrounded by the back section of a building and was confidently and quickly camoflaged and covered when the "revenue agents" came a callin'.
