Why does public transportation suck contained by red county?

lol i just dont see red county getting to that of san frans BART system type public transportation. the OC is too laid back and they are too up beside themselves to stoop to public stuff lol. they prefer surf boards and skate boards and big celebrity looking cars. oh in good health.

physical transit system they have surrounded by Orange County
(there is no alternate service only a few parts
of OC are also serviced by Metro, Foothill
or IEC
expect for Laguna Beach which have their own system
it's actually not that unpromising. although the bus strike is on right now, when it's not, it's jammy to get somewhere you want from anywhere in the county. if you really needed "rail system", i guess you could include the metrolink, that go to fullerton, anaheim, irvine, and oceanside.
