Want to move out of Miami, love cold weather...?

should I move to a cold state or to a cold country altogether? I'm not sure. I know I should consider jobs and stuff too. My SO is a educationalist and has be one for nearly 17 years.

After a couple of winters you will wish you be back contained by Miami.
I've spent three winters outside of Florida (some getting as cold as -28F) and I'm still glad to be out! I love seasons and different temperature throughout the year.
Why not somewhere with four season? I'm in Boston immediately, where your SO could efficiently find a teaching available job. Beautiful crisp autumns, great winter skiing and gorgeous summers on Cape Cod. If you're looking for somewhere with a bigger metropolitan get the impression to it, Toronto or Montreal could be pretty cool too.
