if you enjoy a cannabis card there are several cannabis clubs surrounded by San Diego, but I would check to see what verification they require first b/c they might not adopt the card you have. And it's best to own your recommendation on you.
Besides that it's best to try to form friends with individuals that smoke and that can hook you up with a provider. You can always stroll the boardwalk within Mission Beach and especially Ocean Beach and more than likely will find someone selling, although you don't really know what you are getting and will probably over income. And if you are really desperate you can go to TJ, but mexican weed is horrible and you won't want to smoke it if you are used to nor cal bud.
Also smoke shops are a pious place to try to buy, but go to the crappy smaller number legitimate looking ones. There be this one in Ocean Beach, not sure if it still in attendance, that had to be selling b/c it be the emptiest, most pathetic looking smoke shop I hold ever seen. Try Ocean Beach, if you try the ghetto approaching City Height you might get robbed; OB is usually full of hippies.
