I'm a tourist from Thailand and would like to know what is the comfortable way to travel from Atwater, Merced, CA to SFO. By Amtrack, Greyhound or what? Thanks so much for adjectives answers...

It's not really easy, it will embezzle hours. But you can take amtrak to Richmond, totter across to the bart station and take a san francisco (daly city) train. At Balboa Park within San Francisco, you can transfer to an SFO train.
Greyhound stops within downtown San Francisco. You can walk up 1st street and filch BART from Market Street to SFO. AMtrak has more trips respectively day and is faster.
