Best place to go is Kerby Lane. They are an Austin productive. Open 24 hours, and they usually have some sympathetic of yummy pancake special to go along beside the regular options.
Plus, they own a great menu of other foods, too--with tons of vegetarian option. They are known for their migas. (*drool*)
There are four locations contained by Austin: Kerby Lane Original (off 38th), South Lamar, The drag (UT campus), and North 183.

Depends on where you are...theres an IHOP on 620 up north and one on 35 and Ben White...no waffle house here that I know of...and theres also Kirby Lane, but I don't know if they hold pancakes :) theres like 4 of em spread around town...the one I know is off S. Lamar

There is a Waffle House on Ben White at Riverside. They have the best food for cheap. Steak and Eggs, pancakes waffles(hence the name) They rock!
