Should I move to Sherman Oaks or Glendale? Which is nicer and more convenient?

Glendale is more convenient .. I close to it better.
Traffic sucks in L.A. so move closest to everywhere you will be working.
It all depends. If you are Aremenian, Glendale is Nirvana on Earth. Glendale is mostly exceedingly nice. Sherman Oaks is also very nice, especially closer to Ventura Blvd. Glendale is closer to downtown LA, SO is in truth part of LA, but is further.
I don't devise you can make a blanket statement in the region of which is nicer. You would have to look massively closely and determine which is better for you. Both are good choices.
It depends on where you work. I approaching Sherman Oaks better.
I prefer Glendale... Sherman Oaks is also nice, but, as with anything within the LA area, commute time to work should factor heavily surrounded by your decision. If you are working within the West Valley, the Sherman Oaks for sure. If you are working in Burbank, Santa Clarita, or Hollywood (or even Downtown), Glendale would be best. (You might also want to consider Pasadena).

Sherman Oaks is pretty far on the outside of the geographical area for convenience.
You might consider Studio City or Pasadena...check them out. Very nice.
