Seriously...I only know California...and it depends on where on earth in the state you budge. CA can be hot in the inland areas at summer time. Really Hot! So you may want to cranium for the coast. ARCATA, in N. CA is nice. It's a university town and they own a lot of summer fests and there's closely of music and parties and young-looking ladies. Santa Barbara's climate is hotter, but it has alot to do as powerfully. San Luis Obispo is nice too.
San Diego or the coast north of there would be cool because you're not far from Mexico if you want to shift party within.

And you have Mexico 2 hour away from LA.
Go to California unless you own big money and a fancy car, because that's what the women are adjectives about surrounded by Miami. There's plenty of bubbly butted women in Cali.
