Is the Seattle Chamber of Commerce worth $450/year?

I don't belong to the Seattle CoC - but I am a small business owner surrounded by VA and have have chamber memberships - I didn't find them very willing to help - and there other seemed to be added costs -- if I looked-for to be listed contained by various publications, I have to pay a levy - up to $200 - I found that I can network on my own for little or no money -- Chambers are right for people looking into an nouns to visit or relocate -- they didn't formulate me any money.
