to find exactly what you want in an apartment. As for job, you just phone places.
Here is some sites where you could find job

Or if you can, pick up the local paper.

Here are some sites to find an apartment. Just remember the prices will be difficult in the city. If you want something cheaper, try finding something outside of St. Louis.

The posters at city-data.com may know more than us, or at lowest possible there are probably more of them that could confer you their take.

So, what do you want to know exactly? Apartments and job can be found on craigslist, or just by going to a force out engine and typing in "apartments".

Some elder St. Louis buildings are being restored, such as the Paul Brown, St. Louis City Hospital (Georgian Condominiums), and some other elder buildings downtown. There are also nice new developments cropping up.

stltoday.com have listings for jobs, apartments, and cars. You can also find cars within the St. Louis on sites such as AutoTrader.

Good luck in everything. If you're not sure give or take a few the safety of an nouns (although most areas are safe), you could ask here, or city-data. Some sites could also possibly help you. Basically, if an nouns doesn't look safe I wouldn't risk it.

Downtown may be more expensive than the areas around it. I'm sure you can find something that meet that your needs.

I hope that help!
i would turn out st.louis missouri and it shouls give you adequate sites to explore. as far as rent rent.com apartments.com
stltoday.com is a good start. My guidance, don't move to the city - move to one of the surronding towns like Maryland Heights, Overland, Creve Coeur, or St. Charles.
For jobs check out STL today work or adjectives the regular sites such as Monster, Career Builder or hot Jobs. for apartments you can check the local classified in the Post Dispatch or look on Craigs List. My suggestion would be to find the profession first and then look for an apartment convenient to your living. With our Highway 40/64 closing for a year in January within will be tremendous gridlock on the other highways and roads so you will want to live as close to work as possible.
