The Franciscan a moment ago next to Pier 21 or 23 Ellsworth. Both are great and fun and hold the potential at night to be romantic. Also cant step wrong with In-N-Out burger *giggle*
Swan's is definitely a great hole-in-the-wall seafood stick. It's like something you'd see within coastal New England. Not a good place to conduct a business congress, however.
If price is no object, you might as powerfully go for one of the classy seafood places (far, far away from the tourists at the Wharf):

Try Swians Oyster on Polk simply up from California, been in that for like eighty years, great inherited all the guys are the greatest but don't shift for dinner, their only unequivocal till like six. Try the house seafood salad beside a cold Heineken on tap.
Aqua, Scomas (kind of touristy), Scott's.
Well if it is on the company's dime do check out Farallon – 450 Post- Seafood served surrounded by an amazing underwater garden setting $$$$
But also, equally good food, smaller amount pretentious surroundings
Tadich Grill 240 California-The Original Cold Day Restaurant: An old boy’s big-hearted of place that has be around since 1849. Great seafood, chops and sourdough. Stiff drinks, no reservations, but counter seats are first come first served.
Hays Street Grill 320 Hayes at Gough. Fresh fish shines at this neighborhood favorite. They specialize within grilling fish and then serving it next to your choice of sauces that only enhance the fancy of the fish and shellfish.

Farallon contained by Union Square.oh my god the best place I've ate in a long time. The deep-sea bass was amazing! Pricing, but ably worth it.
