I know that the various Humane Societies allow race to do their community service there, civilized for the animals. You could call the Warren County humane society surrounded by Lebanon or Animal Friends in Trenton for Butler County. Careful though, if it be Hamilton County where you be arrested, you might have to do the work within Hamilton County for it to count. You should be able to send for the clerk at the court where you be sentenced and get a unbroken list of work opportunity from them. I believe you will also need to achieve a form from the Clerk that someone at the agency will need to put on the hours that you work, and sign to acknowledge that you in reality did the work.
Hospitals are always excepting volunteers. Also, the Cincinnati Museum center within the Union Terminal building has a pretty wide open variety of volunteer opportunity.
