Last time I went to the coast I be in Lincoln City...
There is this angelic place in Seaside... I can picture it, but I cannot remember the first name... darn it.
When you do find a seafood restaurant go for the PNW specialties approaching Dungeoness or King Crab, or go for the Pacific salmon.
I newly googled the one in Seaside and it's call "Dooger's"
I say a moment ago look for any place that looks "authentic" and you'll find a good seafood place. There's another really correct one on the harbor in Astoria, but I cannot remember that moniker either...
There are so many yummy places to indulge within at the Oregon coast. From fancy to casual. It's your choice.

If you go to Oceanside Oregon (which I outstandingly recommend), go to Rosanna's. The prices aren't that bleak, but the food is some of the very best you could ever hope to enjoy, especially the seafood.
