Going to NY and don't know where on earth to stay...?
I wanted to stay within NYC but it's too expensive and I don't want to go to a hostel... So, what I want to know is: is public transportation apt in NY? What roughly if I stay in Long Island, or Brooklin or close to LaGuardia airport? Can I receive a bus or anything to get contained by the Times Squares or only taxicab?? And when I go to see the Statue of Liberty how do I do?
I choose those places because the prices are afordable and the hotels are nice. In Flushing and Jamaica they are cheap but I never hear about those.
Thanks!

If you involve to stay in NYC - it's more expensive - but you don't entail to rent a car. Public transportation is thoroughly good nearby. Subways and taxi is sufficient. If you stay on Long Island - you gotta rent a motor. Anyway you look at this - a trip to NYC is not cheap, nor living in NYC is cheap.
First, you involve to plan what you want to see there and later plan where you wanna stay. Also, it depends long long you're staying for

boy are you lost...hotels in nyc cost alot kiddo but move about to hotels.com and findout if you can get a dutiful price. public transportion is great in the city but for a green horn close to you you'll get lost. here are hotels by laguardia but there far from the trains and you'll hold to take a hackney carriage to the train or the city ( thats about 40 bucks a ride more or less). i work contained by the times square area and nearby are bus's but your better off taking train or a hackney cab. the statue of liberty have a boat going there..shift to the nyc website and look around...i'll get you some map and things sweety haha.

In my belief, you should set up a savings description for travel and wait until you enjoy enough money surrounded by that account so you do not
verbs about adjectives these little details..no one requests to travel like a hobo, even a hobo ..so clutch it easy on yourself, don't catch "itchy feet" before you can hack it the situation, and try to spend some time while your savings details is building up to find special things for yourself to do here in NYC. You will be repentant if you blow your hard-earned savings on simply anything, so think in the region of what you really want to see and then you will enjoy a nice time here
