Why is Tampa such a wonderful place to live?

I wonder going on for that as well. A perfect friend of mine moved down there a few years ago and simply loves it.

Traffic is awful in any full-size Florida city. At least Tampa doesn't own as many toll roads as Orlando.
I will say aloud that in the summer Tampa is bearable beacause it get decent breezes bad the Gulf of Mexico. so the humidity is not as bad as it is inland.
Housing prices are astronomical still. Hopefully as thehousing souk normalizes it will become more affordable. Be vigilant though, I saw a lot of cheap construction. Houses that be 5 years old looked in the region of 10 - 15 years old. Also, the school are terrible.
In adornment, the downtown is kind of deceased. People go contained by during the day to work, but next they al go out to the 'burbs or over to Pinellas County at darkness. Tumbleweeds blow through the streets after 6 PM.
