I am bringing 1,000 spending $$ with me on a weeklong trip to boston...is this plenty??

Well if $1,000 is your spending money as in food, travel, and sites consequently yes, that's fine. But you should be slightly more specific. Is your hotel paid for already? What are you expecting from that $1,000? Also is it a moment ago you, or will you be with other folks? . .Overall you should be fine, Boston is expensive but not too different than if you've traveled to any big city or tourist destintation.
are you including hotel expenses within that $1000? If you are, then you will probably obligation another $1000. If the hotel is already paid for, you can plan on spending in the region of $500 for food during the week. Are you renting a car? taking taxi's? using the "T"? That will factor within how much you'll need. Car rental is almost $40 a day, You can attain a weekly pass for roughly $20 for the "T", and taxis can run $10-20, depending where on earth you're going.
Not excatly, conceivably u should bring more like 5 dignified with U,that's if u want to stay surrounded by a nice hotel and I bet U ought to make reservations within hotel like Plymouth ,MA.I'm a mass. local and I have experience first mitt on how expensive things to be up there. To rescue further money, maybe U ought to try taking the Boston T(bostons' public transportation system)in instruct to save on big fuel prices, to avoid needless sports car rentals(unless U intend to go to Cape Cod as ably.)Hope what I have said help!
hell yea thats too much unless your partying with diddy
Well... what exactly is "spending money" considered? I am assuming that near hotel and rental car already compensated for, this is all for shopping, sights and food?

If so, you will be okay if you are paying for yourself... Keep within mind that Boston is an expensive city. If you plan on eating $100 dinners every dark, I dont think you own enough $. But if you plan on anyone frugal with food, you should enjoy a decent amount to shop and see sights. Duck Tours, Whale Watches and Aquarium/Museum visit all span in price from $20-$40. Depending on where on earth you shop, souveniers, Red Sox, Pats memorabilia and clothing can cost you anything.

Just dont shop at Copley Square Mall, and dont eat at the Prudential Top of the Hub every dark and you will be okay. If you still need to obtain a hotel and rental car, try $5000...

Hotels are really pricey.
$1000 will probably not even cover your hotel bill for a week in Boston.
holy crap that's deeply.

I live there as a college student, that much will cover your two night in a hotel and intake out every meal simply fine.
Yes that it WAY enough to dance to Boston. I would recommend not spending much a the Prudential Mall...It is WAY overpriced. Also, you should really go to the whale survey it is loads of fun. You should also see Salem while your up there and the Plymouth Plantation. So anyway 1000 is more than ample for Boston, just don't transport that much on you if you go to South Boston. But a great risk-free fun place to shop is the Quincy Market.
I hope I helped.

Cheers.
