I live within Kendall, fl its a nice area .. a really nice nouns where prices are fair is the hammocks

the schools are really pious also if i remember right the most of the schools are A+ rate schools.
We are in fact in the process of moving to the hammocks..
There are gangs everywhere.
Miami is expensive and the school are not that great...unless you plan on spending some money for schools resembling Belen or something. Kendall is a great area as mentioned above, also Miami Lakes, Aventura, or North Miami Beach. Miami Beach and Hialeah I would stay away from...far away
Miami is a great place. Home prices sky rocketed a few years ago and now the price increases own stopped.Some homes for sale hold been reduced & this make it a buyers market. If you are to buy surrounded by Miami, I suggest you have a realestate agent. This will give a hand you to stay away from bad areas or over priced homes and will hand over you the schools that are best surrounded by your area. There are frequent places that are nice without the Coral Gables prices.
Again use an agent. Miami is greatly big & a lot of traffic, try to find a home close to work . Also, within are wonderful public schools as economically, but you have to know where on earth they are. Just like any city, you own good & doomed to failure. Good Luck!
