Vegas alone?
hey everyone.i'm thinking about traveling to vegas alone this memorial daytime weekend.it's may 23-26... 2008.friends were busy w/ other things so i figure i would just be in motion up there by myself. am i crazy? i dont enjoy a girlfriend right now and would love some womanly company. nothing too crazy, only just someone to hang out next to. does anyone have any tips where on earth i can meet some girls to hang down out with for a couple days...possibly become friends and more.etc. well would love to hear some ideas~!

Well, my son, age 23 at the time, and between Girlfriends, go with my husband and I to Vegas, and shared a room.he, one of age just sort of took past its sell-by date by himself, and kept his own hours...of course "Mother's other worry, and those 6am mornings be a little sturdy on me" Still, as I say he took bad by himself.we stayed downtown, but he spent most of his time on the strip! He met several girls (and several "working" girls as well, as the story go.) anyway, he had no problems "hooking up"as he call it, and still keeps within touch with one or two of the girls by phone.he go to shows, danced, drank, and have a great time..slept from the time he boarded the plane, and the 3 hr drive home from the airport...but says he have a great time! So, go for it! Have fun! You really don't want anyone in Vegas to hold a good time! Most everyone is friendly that I've run into. and never rugged to start a conversation...good Luck! I'm going on May 12th beside my best friend, while my husband stays home to feed the dogs! My son rewarded for my room for Mother's Day!

If you are an outgoing person and not so laid support you can't say HI to a stranger you will do fine.
Someone pooh poohed the thought of traveling alone to LV because of the security issue.
Be smart and you'll be fine. Trust you instincts. My 1st trip to LV be 11 years ago. More then 1/2 of my trips hold been solo travel. There's closely to be said about traveling alone. You run when, where and how you want to dance. You eat when you want, return to your room when you want and you catch up when you want.
LV's theme is "What Happens In Las Vegas, Stays In Las Vegas." is 100% true if you are traveling solo.

Many race visit Vegas by themselves every year. You will never really be aware of alone because there are other people around, and masses by themselves. Very easy to strike up a conversation or freindship.
Vegas is not safe alone. It can be a furious place. Good luck with your trip, watch out.
Start chatting people up on the airplane. You know where on earth they are coming from and it could be a great adventure. Go to the Hoover Dam or Red Rock for a march.
Hookers find U instead! Like at the Tropicanna. Any hotel tablet with a sluggish bartender and security personnel that does not chase them out.
Chat up a conversation beside person subsequent to you playing same game or at the pool.
