Try picking up a Leisure Learning University paper or checking their mini class rota out online. They do have some week long camp options. River rafting is one of the option they offer. Try to join a simple trip to the area that the class is given to cram about the history of the nouns with possibly a 3-4 day exploit. This keeps the costs down and heighten your anticipation of the actual adventure. Here is their website:

Also, try the summer camp associated with your local church. Many are full of happenings and hiking and camping. The costs can be extraordinarily reasonable.
Enjoy!
