Parrot Lagoon Ocean City?

Has anybody stayed at the parrot lagoon condos within ocean city? if so, what are your thoughts? I am staying in attendance for senior week with 3 other empire and I just want to know what to expect. the condo that we are staying contained by is called Margaritaville.

they are a short time ago average. They really do not have any amenities but it close to the coast & boardwalk. For the price they are alright.
